AI learning should help people make better choices as well as use new tools. As an AI Coach & Trainer in Tanta, you will make technical ideas understandable and guide learners as they turn a business problem into a practical, carefully evaluated application.
Learners may arrive with different levels of technical confidence. Your contribution is to identify what they need next, explain the reasoning behind an approach and help them investigate results. A convincing demonstration is a starting point for learning, not proof that a system is ready for every situation.
Where your contribution matters
- Connect concepts such as prompts, data, retrieval and automation to a clearly defined task and user need.
- Design exercises in which learners test outputs, compare approaches and explain limitations.
- Help learners separate a prototype’s intended behaviour from its observed performance on representative examples.
- Teach practical habits around authorised data, appropriate access and human review of important actions.

The first-month plan is discussed with your manager and adjusted to the role, team and starting priorities.
Guide a bounded practical task
Support learners through a small application or workflow. Make the purpose, inputs, expected behaviour and evaluation approach clear before moving into implementation.
Develop reflective practice
Use demonstrations and project reviews to help learners explain failures and improvements. Update teaching examples when a tool changes or an assumption no longer holds.
