Your information
Privacy notice
How information submitted through this website is used.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Information you choose to share
Kent Consultancy receives the details you submit through its enquiry and job application forms. These may include your name, contact details, country, organisation, message, professional experience, English-language information and CV. Please do not submit unnecessary identity documents, financial details, special-category personal data or confidential business information.
Why we use it
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, assign it to an appropriate team member, keep a record of follow-up and respond to you. Recruitment information is used to review your application and communicate about the role. Optional marketing permission is recorded separately and is not required to make an enquiry.
Access and service providers
Access is restricted to authorised staff according to their responsibilities. We use hosting, database, authentication and file-storage providers to operate the website and keep records. Your information may be processed in countries outside your own; applicable transfer and data-protection requirements must be considered in the processing arrangement.
Keeping information
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the relevant enquiry, recruitment process, business relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, ask about its use, or withdraw optional marketing permission. Depending on your location and the applicable law, further rights may apply. Use the contact form with the subject “Privacy request” so your request can be directed to the responsible team.
Cookies and browser storage
The public website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The staff portal uses essential authentication and session functionality. Basic server logs may be used to maintain security and diagnose technical problems.
External websites
Links to other organisations are provided for context. Their websites and privacy arrangements are managed independently.
Questions
For questions about this notice or how your information is handled, contact Kent Consultancy.
Practical ways to protect your information.
The public enquiry form is intended for a short, non-confidential description of your request. The application form is intended for information relevant to a particular vacancy and a PDF CV. Neither form should be used to send passwords, access keys, banking information or identity documents. If a later stage requires additional information, the team should explain the purpose and suitable method of sharing it.
The pathway finder and readiness checklist operate in your browser. Their selections are not submitted to the enquiry system. If you choose to contact us afterwards, only the information you enter and submit in the enquiry form is sent as that enquiry.
How staff access relates to your enquiry.
The staff workspace requires authentication and an approved role. Sales access is used for enquiries, relationship notes and follow-up tasks; recruitment access is used for job applications and relevant CVs. Administrative permissions are used to manage access and the operating records. Creating a staff account alone does not grant permission to customer or applicant information.
CV downloads use private storage and restricted access. These controls reduce unnecessary exposure, but no website should be treated as an appropriate place to submit unrelated sensitive material. Questions about a particular record can be raised through the contact form with the subject Privacy request.
When you ask about your information.
Explain the record or enquiry you are asking about and the change or information you need. Use the contact details associated with your original submission where possible. We may need enough information to establish that a request relates to your own record before disclosing or changing it. Please do not attach identity documents to the public form unless a suitable verification process has first been agreed.
Withdrawing optional marketing permission does not prevent a response to an enquiry you have made. A deletion request may require consideration of other applicable record-keeping obligations. The team can explain the position for the information concerned rather than assuming every record has the same purpose or retention requirement.
