EvidRise is the apprenticeship LMS that connects curriculum, learning activity, engagement, wellbeing and quality. Give your team a clearer view of every learner’s journey, with AI assistance where it makes everyday work easier.
Learning. Support. Evidence.
Built around the everyday work of apprenticeship providers: helping learners progress, giving staff time to support them and making evidence easier to use.

The challenge for providers
A learner misses a session. Their assignment is overdue. Their coach has agreed a new action, but the engagement team cannot see it. Meanwhile, someone is still asking for last month’s off-the-job record. The information exists; the connections are missing.
EvidRise brings these working processes together. Learning activity and KSB links sit alongside attendance, reminders, coaching insight and support. Staff can investigate the reason for a concern, coordinate a response and follow its impact instead of treating each signal as a separate administrative task.

Automatically record LMS activity time and connect learning with relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours. Review the evidence and eligibility before treating activity as funded off-the-job training.
Bring automated attendance records and learner reminders into the engagement centre. Use red, amber and green indicators to prioritise follow-up and investigate emerging disengagement.
AI-assisted formative marking explains mistakes in the context of a learner’s answers, learning profile and workplace role, while tutors retain oversight of assessment decisions.
Analyse coaching meetings, prepare summaries and draft IQA reports, and connect improvement actions with the next review of practice.
Combine regular wellbeing check-ins with support conversations and AI-assisted job exploration informed by learner preferences, strengths and ambitions.
Authorised staff can use ChatGPT and Claude in a private workspace to prepare reports from connected information, with the underlying evidence available for review.
A platform supported by people
EvidRise includes 24-hour technical support and UK learner-data storage. The mobile app supports Learn on the Go, helping learners keep learning accessible around their working day. Setup discussions establish your programmes, staff responsibilities, support arrangements and the integrations needed for your delivery model.
Included learning and staff development
The offer includes free wellbeing and healthy-relationship courses, compliance learning and coaching certificates, alongside safeguarding and Ofsted training for staff. These resources help your team use the platform as part of a coherent approach to learning and support. Course and certificate details are set out in your implementation proposal.
Your questions, answered
The platform brings together workflows familiar to apprenticeship providers in England: curriculum and KSB coverage, off-the-job records, engagement, coaching and quality assurance. Wider UK education and training organisations can discuss their requirements and the appropriate configuration.
Yes. Explore the product tour and request a demonstration around your own delivery challenges. We can discuss the modules, integrations, staff roles and reporting questions that matter to your organisation.
No. Automation helps capture activity, organise information and prepare useful drafts. Staff remain responsible for interpreting evidence, making assessment and support decisions, checking OTJ eligibility and reviewing AI-generated outputs.
UK learner-data storage and the processing arrangements of connected AI services are separate questions. Hosting, access, retention and any external processing arrangements should be reviewed as part of your service specification.
