Website information

Terms of use

A clear starting point for using our website and exploring our services.

Information and enquiries

This website introduces Kent Consultancy’s activities, service areas, training interests and recruitment opportunities. Submitting a form does not create a contract, enrolment, employment offer, funding commitment or investment arrangement.

Services and training

Scope, fees, delivery format, availability, timelines and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal or programme information before agreement. Qualification titles, awarding arrangements, prerequisites, assessments and examination inclusions are confirmed for the specific programme. Professional body names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Incubation and partnerships

Incubation support is subject to selection and agreement. Funding, salary support, technology access, credits, intellectual property ownership, licensing and royalties are not automatic entitlements. Please share a non-confidential overview until appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place.

Investment information

Industry examples illustrate the development of independent companies. They do not represent Kent Consultancy investment performance or a prediction of returns. Company valuations differ from realised investor returns. Venture investment carries risk, including total loss of capital. This website does not provide personalised investment advice or make an offer to invest.

Recruitment

Job descriptions introduce the intended role. Location, work arrangements, eligibility, salary and benefits are confirmed during recruitment and in any subsequent employment agreement. Applying does not guarantee an interview or offer.

Using the website

Please submit accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access information or systems without authorisation, interfere with the service or submit malicious material.

Contact

If you need clarification about a programme, role or service, contact the team before making a decision.

Agreeing an engagement.

The detailed methodologies, module outlines and venture pathways on this website explain how an engagement can be structured. A written proposal or programme agreement identifies the actual scope, parties, fees, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance arrangements. Material changes to scope or assumptions should be addressed through that agreement.

Examples of evaluation measures, project artefacts and learning activities are planning guidance. They are not a guarantee of a particular commercial result, investment return, examination outcome or employment opportunity. Decisions should take account of the terms and evidence relevant to the specific service or programme.

Ownership, licences and reuse.

A commissioned solution, a co-developed product and a venture investment can involve different rights. Background intellectual property, newly developed material, third-party components, data access and any reusable product rights need to be identified in the relevant agreement. Nothing on this website automatically transfers ownership of an idea or grants a licence to confidential material.

A proposed reduction in development fees, licence, royalty or equity arrangement requires separate evaluation and written terms. The commercial model page describes possible structures and the questions they raise; it is not a standard investment instrument or a standing offer available to every applicant.

Reading training information.

A module consists of 14 weekly two-hour online sessions under the stated delivery format. A complete programme may contain more than one module and may include additional study or assessment. The relevant Kent Business College certificate, completion requirements and any separate awarding or examination route are confirmed in the programme information.

References to PMI, APM, APMG or other organisations identify the subject or qualification route being discussed. They do not by themselves establish that every Kent Consultancy programme is accredited by that organisation. Eligibility, application requirements, current examinations and inclusions should be checked for the route before enrolment.
