A useful AI idea needs more than a prototype. It needs a customer who values the outcome, dependable delivery, people who can operate it and a commercial model that can sustain it. Kent Consultancy brings those questions into the same conversation through its AI Incubation Centre, solution development and professional learning.
For a founder, that means moving from an assumption to evidence and a focused product. For an established business, it means improving a real workflow with measurable acceptance criteria. For an investor, it means examining the customer, technical and commercial case before deciding whether an opportunity fits. The starting point changes; the discipline remains the same.
Learning connected to delivery
Build the capability to understand and use the solution. Training is delivered online through Kent Business College in the UK, with 14 weekly two-hour sessions per module.
A customer problem before a technology choice
Define the user, the existing process and the cost of the problem. Choose AI, automation or a conventional system according to the work that needs to improve.
