Explore real screens from the platform at Kent Business College. From curriculum design to the learner’s daily experience, see how connected information supports more purposeful delivery.
These screenshots were captured from the application on 27 October 2026. They retain its current Kent Business College branding. Learner views use preview mode; no apprentice’s personal record, coaching assessment or wellbeing response is displayed.
01 · Learner workspace
A clear place to begin.
Subjects, learning activities and progress come together in the learner workspace. Learners can move between modules, quizzes and assignments, revisit a subject and find their next step without navigating a collection of separate systems.

02 · Curriculum builder
Design the journey before delivery begins.
The module builder brings programme, cohort and group context into one authoring workspace. Weeks, learning components, planned time, KSB mapping and readiness indicators help curriculum teams see how a programme is assembled.

03 · Learning map
Make the next step visible.
A weekly learning map connects the training plan with activities, progress and KSB links. Learners can see the sequence of their programme and open the materials for an individual week, helping turn a large course into a manageable path.

04 · Accessible reading
Different ways into the same learning.
Reading tools include text-size controls, font choices, colour modes, spacing, a reading ruler, read-aloud and highlighting. Learners can download reading materials and highlighted versions. These practical controls help people engage with materials in a way that suits their needs.

05 · Activity time
Capture the activity. Keep its context.
The activity view displays elapsed time alongside the learning task, planned OTJ allocation and evidence controls. This gives learners and staff a more useful starting point for checking the record than a disconnected monthly total.

06 · Engagement dashboard
Give the team a shared view.
The engagement workspace brings operational indicators and attendance workflows into a single place. Teams can use the dashboard to identify what needs attention and move into the relevant follow-up process.

07 · Mobile learning
Learn on the Go.
Keep learning close, wherever the working day takes you. The mobile experience brings course access into a smaller screen, supporting a practical connection to learning away from a desk.
Your learning, within reach.
Revisit materials, check the next activity and stay connected with the programme. Mobile access helps learners use the device that fits their day.
This is the live application viewed at a mobile browser width. It illustrates the mobile interface; supported app distribution and device features are covered in your demonstration.
