A regular invitation
Offer a consistent opportunity for learners to reflect on how they are feeling and whether they would value support.
EvidRise · Educational Solutions
Bring wellbeing, healthy relationships and career ambitions into the learner journey, with structured check-ins and practical support that extends beyond course completion.
Learning. Support. Evidence.
Built around the everyday work of apprenticeship providers: helping learners progress, giving staff time to support them and making evidence easier to use.
Regular wellbeing check-ins
A change in confidence, energy or personal circumstances can affect learning long before it appears in an assessment result. EvidRise includes an automated wellbeing questionnaire and reporting cycle every two months, giving learners a regular opportunity to reflect and helping authorised staff identify where a supportive conversation may be useful.
The report supports a conversation. It does not diagnose a mental-health condition or replace professional care. Staff should consider the learner’s own account, respond sensitively and use the provider’s safeguarding and support procedures where appropriate.
Offer a consistent opportunity for learners to reflect on how they are feeling and whether they would value support.
Use the report to prepare a thoughtful conversation, explore barriers to participation and agree practical next steps with the learner.
Keep wellbeing information restricted to authorised roles and handle concerns through the right support or safeguarding route.
Inclusion through everyday practice
Support is most useful when it reaches the learning activity that a person is struggling with. A conversation may reveal a need for clearer instructions, a different format, a manageable sequence of tasks or a change in how feedback is explained.
EvidRise brings wellbeing and learner context into the wider picture of engagement and progress. Teams can use that understanding to plan proportionate adjustments and review whether the support is helping, while respecting the learner’s privacy and choices.
AI-assisted employability
Job titles alone rarely explain whether an opportunity is a good fit. EvidRise’s employability approach uses AI to help learners explore opportunities in relation to their skills, career preferences, self-reported strengths and personality traits, alongside the requirements of a job description.
The result is a starting point for informed choice: which opportunities look relevant, what attracts the learner, what experience they can demonstrate and where further development may help. Learners and coaches can question the suggestions and explore alternatives. Personality information should broaden reflection, not define a person’s potential or decide their employment prospects.
Included learning resources
Free wellbeing courses give learners material to explore alongside support conversations and their personal development.
Learning on healthy relationships encourages reflection on respect, communication and appropriate boundaries.
Compliance learning and coaching certificates support wider capability, with course scope and certificate arrangements explained in the service offer.
