Coaching performance system

Look beyond whether a meeting took place.

A completed meeting record does not, on its own, show the quality of the coaching. Teams need to understand whether the conversation explored progress, challenged understanding, recognised barriers and led to a clear next step.

EvidRise supports coaching performance review through AI analysis of coaching meetings. Draft summaries and observations help staff navigate the conversation and identify points for review. Coaches and quality colleagues can then examine the evidence, recognise effective practice and agree improvements.

01

Prepare the review

Use AI assistance to organise meeting content into a draft summary and highlight material relevant to the review.

02

Examine the evidence

Consider the conversation in context. Check suggested findings against the record and the criteria used by your quality team.

03

Follow through

Turn feedback into practical coaching development actions, then use subsequent reviews to consider whether practice has improved.

AI-assisted IQA reporting

Give quality teams a better starting point.

Internal quality assurance depends on the quality of the evidence and the judgement applied to it. EvidRise helps prepare draft IQA reports and bring together observations for review, reducing the repetitive work of assembling material.

The purpose is to support consistent, evidence-based discussion. Quality staff validate findings, resolve ambiguity and make the final judgement. AI-generated text should remain a reviewable draft until an authorised person has checked it, including any references to a learner, coach or assessment decision.

Staff capability

Connect quality assurance with staff development.

A useful quality process improves practice. EvidRise’s offer includes coaching certificates, safeguarding learning and Ofsted training for staff, helping teams connect platform use with their wider responsibilities.

Use findings from coaching reviews to identify relevant development and explore whether a change in approach has helped learners. Course titles, content and certificate arrangements are confirmed in the service specification; the offer does not imply an endorsement from an inspectorate or awarding organisation.

Everyday evidence, easier to find

Prepare through good practice.

Curriculum sequencing, learner progress, inclusion, support and the impact of improvement actions are part of everyday delivery. Bringing these records into a connected environment helps teams explain their work and understand where it needs to improve.

EvidRise can support evidence organisation and staff preparation for inspection. Inspection outcomes depend on the quality of provision and the evidence considered by inspectors; no system or AI report guarantees a judgement.

Your questions, answered

A clearer picture before you choose.

Does AI make the final IQA decision?

No. It helps organise evidence and prepare draft analysis. Appropriately authorised quality staff retain judgement, moderation and accountability.

Can a coaching score replace a professional review?

No. Any indicator needs to be considered alongside the meeting evidence, the learner’s circumstances and the provider’s review criteria.

Does the system require a particular inspection evidence format?

The platform supports your working records and reporting needs. Providers should follow current inspection guidance and avoid creating unnecessary material solely for inspection.

How should recordings be handled?

Agree appropriate recording notices, access permissions, retention and AI processing arrangements before use. Meeting analysis should operate within the provider’s information-governance arrangements.
