ChatGPT & Claude integration

Reporting when the question arises.

Operational questions do not always wait for the monthly reporting cycle. A quality lead may need to explore coaching themes; an engagement manager may want to understand a change in participation; a leader may need a briefing before a meeting.

EvidRise connects with ChatGPT and Claude through a private workspace so authorised staff can request reports from the information available to them. AI helps prepare the narrative and bring relevant material together, while the person using the report checks its evidence, completeness and interpretation.

01

Engagement questions

“Summarise the patterns that need follow-up in this cohort and identify the records we should review.”

02

Quality questions

“Bring together the recurring coaching themes and draft an improvement discussion for the quality team.”

03

Leadership questions

“Prepare a briefing on progress, outstanding actions and the areas where we need more evidence.”

These are illustrative reporting prompts. The information available and the permitted scope depend on the connected systems, staff role and configuration agreed for your deployment.

Useful assistance, clear accountability

Keep the route back to the record.

A fluent report can still omit context or misinterpret a record. Staff should be able to review the information behind a finding, challenge the conclusion and amend the output before it informs a decision or is shared.

Agree which data each role may use, what reports are appropriate and where additional review is required. A private workspace is part of that operating model; it does not remove the need for careful access management and appropriate handling of learner information.

UK learner-data storage

Understand where information is held and how it is used.

EvidRise’s service offer includes UK storage for learner data. This gives providers a clear starting point for discussing hosting and information governance alongside access permissions, retention and the handling of sensitive wellbeing information.

Connected AI processing is a separate part of that discussion. Review the processing locations, terms and access arrangements of ChatGPT, Claude and any other integrated services in the proposed deployment. UK database storage should not be read as a claim that every connected processor operates exclusively within the UK.

24-hour technical support

Support that recognises the reality of delivery.

Learning and preparation take place beyond office hours. EvidRise comes with 24-hour technical support so platform issues can be raised whenever they arise. The service discussion sets out contact channels, escalation and the support arrangements for your organisation.

Technical support sits alongside implementation and staff capability. Your team needs to understand its workflows, roles and reporting responsibilities as well as how to use the interface. Agree those foundations before rollout so the system supports the way you intend to deliver.

A practical starting point

Shape the deployment around your provider.

01

Map the priorities

Identify the processes creating the most work or uncertainty: activity records, engagement, coaching, quality reporting or learner support.

02

Agree the operating model

Clarify roles, data access, integrations, review responsibilities, support channels and the modules included in your service.

03

Build staff confidence

Introduce workflows with relevant staff learning, including the included safeguarding and Ofsted training, and review the experience as the team adopts the platform.

Your questions, answered

A clearer picture before you choose.

Do staff need to move learner information into a public chat?

The offer is based on a private workspace and authorised connections. Agree the permitted data, access controls and processing arrangements for your deployment; staff should follow the provider’s approved handling procedures.

Are AI reports automatically ready to send?

No. Treat generated reports as drafts. Check source information, context, sensitive content and conclusions before relying on or distributing them.

What does 24-hour support include?

It provides a route to technical support around the clock. The proposal defines the support channels, escalation arrangements and any service-level commitments; this page does not promise a fixed response or resolution time.

Can EvidRise work alongside our existing systems?

Discuss the systems and workflows you need to retain during discovery. Integration scope, data flows and responsibilities are agreed for the deployment rather than assumed from a generic feature list.
