The role in practice.

This Riyadh-based role develops relationships with organisations considering AI solutions, workforce development or innovation support. The starting point is a useful business conversation: what needs to change, who is affected and what evidence would justify a next step?

You will turn interest into well-understood opportunities and coordinate the people needed to shape a credible response. Knowledge of the Saudi business environment should help you understand each organisation’s priorities and decision process, without assuming that every client buys or operates in the same way.

Where your contribution matters

  • Research organisations whose needs match Kent’s services and prepare a relevant reason to begin a conversation.
  • Explore the business problem, operational owner, intended users and route through internal decisions.
  • Coordinate discovery and proposals with technical or training colleagues, making scope and assumptions visible.
  • Maintain an accurate opportunity record with agreed next actions, decision dependencies and reasons for progress or delay.

Illustrative early priorities.

The first-month plan is discussed with your manager and adjusted to the role, team and starting priorities.

01

Develop a focused market view

This illustrative first-months plan will be confirmed with your manager. Understand the offer, agree priority customer profiles and assess where your existing knowledge can support relevant introductions.

02

Qualify needs through discovery

Build a clear picture of selected opportunities. Identify the people involved, operational requirements and information still needed before a solution can be proposed.

03

Improve proposal and handover quality

Work with delivery colleagues to make proposals realistic and understandable. Carry the agreed client context into handover and review what early conversations teach the team.

How the work connects with the team.

  • Technical specialists assess feasibility, data needs and implementation dependencies.
  • Training colleagues match capability needs to appropriate learning options.
  • Management and delivery colleagues confirm commercial terms, commitments and resource availability.

Prepare for a useful selection conversation.

Explain a relevant opportunity

Describe how you developed a relationship, understood the decision process and contributed to a commercial outcome.

Lead a discovery conversation

You may work through a client scenario and show which questions you ask before proposing AI or training.

Demonstrate commercial judgement

Be ready to discuss when you would advance, reshape or decline an opportunity, and how you communicate that decision.

Questions worth asking.

Is an existing client list required?

Show relevant experience and your approach to developing relationships. Do not provide confidential contact lists or information belonging to another employer.

Will I define technical solutions alone?

You will coordinate with relevant specialists so client needs, feasibility and delivery commitments are considered together.

Are language, travel and employment terms fixed here?

This page does not set additional language, travel, salary or contract requirements. Those details are discussed during recruitment.
