Salary, hours and other employment terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.

The role in practice.

Strong marketing learning connects an audience insight with a purposeful action and a sensible way to judge the result. This Tanta-based coaching and training role helps learners understand that connection, from research and planning through to delivery and reflection.

You will help learners explain their choices, assess evidence and improve their work through constructive feedback. The emphasis is on developing practical judgement, so a learner can distinguish an attractive piece of content from a campaign that addresses a clear business need.

Where your contribution matters

  • Help learners define an audience, objective and message before selecting channels or producing campaign material.
  • Use examples to explore the difference between activity, engagement, lead quality and commercial outcomes.
  • Give actionable feedback on research, planning, creative work and evaluation without doing the learner’s work for them.
  • Encourage honest reflection on incomplete data, unsuccessful experiments and changes that could improve the next campaign.

Illustrative early priorities.

The first-month plan is discussed with your manager and adjusted to the role, team and starting priorities.

01

Connect curriculum with learner context

This illustrative first-months plan will be confirmed with your manager. Review the programme, learners’ starting points and the kinds of workplace marketing activity available to them.

02

Make learning practical

Prepare activities that move from a customer problem to a campaign decision. Invite learners to explain their choices and use that discussion to identify gaps.

03

Strengthen feedback and follow-up

Review how learners respond to feedback and whether their reasoning improves. Maintain clear development records and refine examples that are not landing well.

How the work connects with the team.

  • Teaching colleagues coordinate topics so learners can connect research, execution and evaluation.
  • Quality colleagues support consistent feedback and review of the learning experience.
  • Learners and appropriate workplace contacts help identify suitable, authorised practical evidence.

Prepare for a useful selection conversation.

Explain a marketing decision

Discuss a campaign or project you know well, including its objective, your contribution and how you interpreted the results.

Demonstrate your teaching

You may explain a topic to a mixed-experience audience and adapt your explanation in response to questions.

Review learner evidence

You may examine a sample campaign plan, identify strengths and gaps, and suggest questions that help the learner improve independently.
