Project controls becomes valuable when a learner can interpret evidence and explain what should happen next. As a Coach & Trainer in Tanta, you will help learners connect planning, cost, schedule, risk and performance information with decisions in a real project environment.
The role combines clear teaching with attentive coaching. You will explore what a learner understands, challenge assumptions constructively and help them identify suitable practice. Good records should show the learning need, agreed action and subsequent progress.
Where your contribution matters
- Explain project controls concepts through practical examples with visible assumptions and clearly defined measures.
- Help learners move beyond calculation to interpretation: what changed, why it matters and what further evidence is needed.
- Give specific feedback on learner work, separating an error in method from a gap in explanation or judgement.
- Agree development actions that fit the learner’s context and review whether those actions improved understanding.

Demonstrate and refine your teaching
Prepare a focused explanation or worked example, gather feedback and adapt the activity so learners can practise reasoning as well as technical steps.
